These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GSM Tech Academy website and your participation in our educational programmes. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Programmes & Admissions

GSM Tech Academy offers educational programmes in Software Development, Cyber Security, and Affiliate Marketing. Admission is subject to application review, eligibility, and programme availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.

2. Tuition & Payment

Programme tuition is charged monthly as advertised on our website. Current monthly fees are:

• Software Development: R2,500 per month
• Cyber Security: R2,800 per month
• Affiliate Marketing: R1,500 per month

Payment arrangements, start dates, and programme availability are confirmed during the admissions process.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend live classes and complete assignments
• Participate actively in the learning community
• Use the platform and materials for personal educational purposes only
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without permission

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum content, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of GSM Tech Academy and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Certification

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully meet the programme requirements, including completion of the capstone project. Certification is not a guarantee of employment.

6. Placement Support

GSM Tech Academy provides structured placement support including portfolio review, mock interviews, and introductions to hiring partners for qualified graduates. We do not guarantee employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

GSM Tech Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
